You’re meant to be able to drag and drop between iLoks, whether physical, assigned to a computer, or a cloud session. I’ve read the support articles on this stuff. I’m not trying to assign non-iLok-managed plugins to iLok, and I certainly don’t want to have to use the physical USB dongle (though, I do have one). To clarify, yes I am using the iLok Manager. I think the issue is because I originally installed the licence to the PC, rather than the ilok account, but I can’t seem to reassign it. Seriously, ilok is the shitest shit I have seen in a long, long time.

I have an ilok account, and have tried deactivating, reinstalling, reactivating, via both the laptop and the desktop where things were originally installed. If I try to open the ILM after a restart, I also get an error message: 'Server Connection Error.
everything else works fine, but a couple that require ilok activation can’t be activated. I’m trying to set up another instance of Abelton on my laptop. How in fuck do you remove a plugin licence from a PC and assign it to your ilok account to use on another computer?
